Volunteer... Listen... Learn...

Reasons "Why I Volunteer" (not in any special order).

 I feel some obligation & responsibility to "give back".

 My inability to say "no" at times :-).

 The chance to learn about something new.

If no one else will do it; I get stuck with it... (sometimes this can be the best learning experience!)

Involvement...membership in a group (to me) means Involvement in its works. Good job SEDRA!

Tip of the Day!

If you would like to cross the finish line looking like the person your horse would be proud of, I would urge you to do the following:

1. Three days before each ride, you need to eat at least 60% of your meals as complex carbohydrates.

2. During a ride, constantly take in fluid, electrolytes and simple carbohydrates.

3. Immediately after the ride, have a meal of complex carbohydrates.

4. Avoid fat like the plague.
