SEDRA COMPETITIVE TRAIL AND ENDURANCE SANCTIONING FORM

Sanctioning requests must be received at least 60 days prior to the requested ride date. Ride sanctioning requests received less than 60 days before a ride will be sanctioned for mileage only (no points). The ride information will be posted as fully sanctioned once all fees and insurance coverage has been obtained and approved. If insurance is obtained through other means, proof will be required prior to full sanctioning. RM’s are not required to name SEDRA as an additional Insured.

SEDRA Sanctioning Secretary must receive the Ride Results Form, Volunteer and Intro Rider List within 30 days after event has taken place. Please send all ride information, to include flyer/entry form (or a link to it) to the SEDRA Sanctioning Secretary, Jo Harder j.harder@earthlink.net

The flyer you prepare for your ride will be published in or on our electronic publication/media , our website, and Facebook page! So please forward that critical information as soon as possible after your sanctioning is complete.
